Read great books this summer, consider participating in the blackwater regional library summer reading program, log books read & include mini book reviews, and then turn in reading log to Mrs. Travis in September. Each book read earns an entry into the GTMS prize drawing in September. Click the heading for more information.

The Isle of Wight Health Department, in partnership with IWCS, will host a back-to-school vaccination clinic for grades K-12 on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at the Isle of Wight Health Department. See the flyer for more information.

Come out and cheer for your fellow Titans as they show their talents at the Tuesday Night Lights Talent Show! The show starts at 5:30pm Tuesday, June 6! Tickets are $5.00 in advance and $7.00 at the door.

8th grade Titans are invited for an evening of fun and dancing here at GTMS. The 8th grade formal dance will be Friday, June 9. Tickets are $10.00.

To address the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on students' educational progress and well-being, Governor Glenn Youngkin announced in March 2023 the availability of $30 million in Learning Acceleration Grants to be used for qualifying education services.

The training enhanced their knowledge of governance, school finance, teaching and learning, budget management, and communication.
