Ms. Hitchings

A native of the Hampton Roads area, I am happy to join Georgie D. Tyler Middle School with expericence teaching K-8 Math and STEM in Virginia and in Florida since 2006. With nearly two decades of classroom expertise, I am dedicated to bridging the gap between foundational middle school concepts and the rigors of high school coursework. My primary goal is to equip Math and Algebra 1 students with the critical thinking skills and mathematical confidence necessary for success in high school and their future careers.
