About Me
About Me
My name is Brandon Lilley and this is my first year with Isle of Wight County Schools. I grew up in Franklin and graduated from Franklin High School, prior to embarking on my educational journey. This will be my fourteenth year in education where I have had the opportunity to teach every Science course offered in middle and high school (aside from high school Physics) in neighboring school divisions. I enjoy teaching 8th grade Physical Science as it allows for more hands-on learning opportunities for students to engage with the content as we navigate the complexities of Chemistry and Physics.
Educational Philosophy
All children can learn when the curriculum and instruction are inclusive in design and implemented to accommodate the diversity of learners, each with unique social, emotional, physical and intellectual abilities. A successful learning environment can be achieved through setting high expectations, establishing clear goals, collaboration between parents and educators and providing a safe learning environment for all of our students.
