About Me:

Hello Titan families! 

 

I'm Meagan Jenkins, an English 8 teacher here at GTMS. 

 

I am a proud Isle of Wight County native and graduate of Windsor High School c/o 2003; GO DUKES!! 💙 I received my undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies (PK-8) from Longwood University in 2007 and began teaching shortly after at the former WMS in 2008. As a lifelong learner, I continued my studies at Regent University where I obtained my masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a Teacher Leader Concentration in 2017.

 

I am passionate about teaching because I know the positive impact a great teacher can have on a student. I hope to create that kind of legacy throughout my education journey as well.
