Isle of Wight County Schools (IWCS) recognizes a support staff member each quarter who has gone Above and Beyond the Call of Duty (ABCD). At the November School Board meeting, the division recognized first quarter honoree Jeanne Coleman, Bus Driver for Carrsville ES, GTMS & WHS. Her nomination highlighted how she makes every ride on Bus #30 a safe, joyful, and caring experience, and goes above and beyond as a driver, mentor, and community leader who supports students and families with unwavering dedication. As part of her award, Ms. Jeanne received a $50 Amazon gift card from our partners at Delta Graphics, and a personalized plaque created in the Smithfield High School Maker Space.
