Isle of Wight County Schools (IWCS) recognizes a support staff member each quarter who has gone Above and Beyond the Call of Duty (ABCD). At the December School Board meeting, the division recognized second quarter honoree Bus Driver for Windsor Elementary, GTMS and WHS. The nomination for Cutchin highlighted how he consistently ensures smooth and efficient transportation by proactively addressing issues and collaborating with school staff and transportation services, while fostering strong school-home connections, building trust and support to enhance students' well-being. As part of his award, Cutchin received a $50 Visa gift card from The Woman’s Club of Smithfield and a personalized plaque created in the Smithfield High School Maker Space.
